My name is Dani, from Haarlem/Netherlands. I am a very beginner with running, actually I always hated it before. Now I am planning to get back in shape and thought C25K is a good approach.

Just started week 4, so far so good, just the expected stitches I guess.


Looking forward to read interesting stuff to help me finish the program. Still cannot imagine myself running for half an hour....
