I mainly did this to help lower my cholesterol and triglycerides. My doctor told me that I was not going to be able to do this on my own without medicine. Well I did the C25K again this year and ran 1 5k so far. Along with eating better, I did lower on my own. I feel so much better after I run. I am struggling with very tight IT bands at this current time and get discouraged, but I will work on this and hope you will hear another success story where this is all taken care of.
