Ranger Posted August 16, 2020 Report Share Posted August 16, 2020 I would, running the full 2 miles is less important as I'm sure that once you can jog for 20 consecutive minutes, you can slowly increase your speed over the coming weeks to allow you to hit that, but if you had to walk a bit I would repeat until you are able to hit the 20 minutes.
