I have completed my first 3 days of C25K, and it’s only showing I burned 8 to 12 calories per 30 minute session,.  This was measured by my Apple Watch.  Does this sound accurate?  I ran at a pace of 6.2 on the treadmill, and walked at 3.5.

Hi Tara. That definitely sounds wonky. I’m new so I’m no expert, but my workout today burned 169 calories. I was looking for settings; someplace where you enter height and weight and for me it’s my health app which connects to this app. Check your data, maybe it’s incorrect and it’s skewing your results.
