CathyBarriga Posted July 28, 2020 Report Share Posted July 28, 2020 Hi Tara. That definitely sounds wonky. I’m new so I’m no expert, but my workout today burned 169 calories. I was looking for settings; someplace where you enter height and weight and for me it’s my health app which connects to this app. Check your data, maybe it’s incorrect and it’s skewing your results.
