Hales89 Posted July 21, 2020 Report Share Posted July 21, 2020 Hi my name is Haley. I turned 30 in Oct and this year I’ve made it my goal to start this new decade of life off on a good note. I’ve been more active and tried to keep the most positive vibes and outlooks I can on things. Since Covid and the lock downs all I’ve been able to do is go to work and come home so I’m trying this running program to have something outdoors to do I also swim. Work schedule has been wacky so I’m looking for accountability and I want to stay consistent two things I’ve struggled with in my fitness journey thus far. I’m 26 and still in school.
