There I few yoga which might relax your body and mind such as Lizard pose, Sphinx pose, Forward Fold pose, and more. I suggest you to have a yoga posture that let you not only lose weight but also makes your body flexible. I have different yoga posture performed by a international trained trainers from a Yoga Burn DVD. The DVD is of a famous Yoga Burn Review program which changes your lifestyle and effective within 12 weeks. I perform yoga as exercise intensely to remain fit and lose weight. Guest radhika
The Yogic cleansing process is also known as Shat Kriyas are an integral part of yoga. They help eliminate accumulated toxins from the system. Not only do these kriyas open our energy field and cleanse our astral body; they are also helpful in maintaining optimal physical health.Today, we all are bombarded with toxins everywhere. They are present in our food and water, and even our hygienic products. Also, the foods we eat are very mucus- forming, thus creating more of a need to clear the correlating blockages that come from these. And, we believe that these simple and powerful cleansing techniques are necessary in modern times than ever before. Through these process detox your mind , both the physical and energetic body is purified, and the yogi is more prepared to gain greater benefit from the practices that follow. lizdenham
I really recommend classical hatha yoga. I'm required to take a phys. ed class at my college, and I picked yoga - thinking it'd be the typical vinyasa flow/"normal" type of class, but it turns out I was very wrong. It is very meditative - we begin with the Isha Kriya (never heard of this before this class), and move through very relaxing and restorative poses. Only a few weeks into it, and I already notice changes in myself - feeling less anxious, handling stress better, able to look beyond things that would usually make me angry or upset. Can't recommend it enough! happy wheels
