Tomorrow is Day 1

Nervous. I used to love to run. Great for my physical and mental health. I cannot seem to keep the motivation anymore and have not kept up the habit in a number of years. Hopeful that the small milestones and building up will help me. I want to be able to run a 5k. First I want to run a mile in June with some colleagues. One step at a time is the only way to get there.
