I am an avid hiker/backpacker who is looking for an outdoor workout I can do year-round to strengthen my knees and ankles and keep me conditioned for summertime hiking goals. I have never run before but am looking forward to the challenge of it. I do worry about building endurance but I know that comes with time. Would love any tips or encouragement others have!
