I decided I wanted to train for a 5K because I am in my second semester of nursing school and I have been beyond stressed so I thought if I consistently worked out it would help reduce my stress. I have to preface this by saying I can't stand to run even when I did sports in high school I disliked it with a passion. I'm surprised to say I am really liking this app and interval training between jogging and walking and slowly building every week. I'm excited to build my stamina and endurance to run more and more without needing to walk. So yeah long story short I'm excited to keep working out and eventually reach my goal of running a 5K. I've always wanted to be a jogger/runner but just never stuck with it so I didn't get very far. That being said, I don't get overly excited about it either.
