Time for a Fitness Goal

14 months ago, I was a 47 year old man. 5’5”. 218 pounds. Today, now 48, I am 158 pounds. I track what u eat and have been going to the gym about 3-4 times per week; building stamina and strength. Mixing heavy cardio with strength training, I feel good about my progress and dedication to getting fit. Now it’s time for a real goal. — a 5K. It’s scheduled for mid-October. So my workouts now have a goal.  And I have the tools to get there.
