I have been treadmill running for 7 months now. I am able to run 25-30 minutes continuously before I have to stop and walk. I recently tried to run outside and found that I'm having a much more difficult time. I can barely run for 2 consecutive minutes outdoors. What gives?!

Hey,  the treadmill is easier on the joints and feet. The pavement is unrelenting so therefore you need different shoes and I had to start all over with endurance running outside. To me, outdoors was easier, I guess because I started walking outdoors first and got the proper shoes. I noted that my outdoor running shoes hurt my feeton the treadmill and vice versa. Hope this helps! Happy running!
