Guest Sherisse
I have been treadmill running for 7 months now. I am able to run 25-30 minutes continuously before I have to stop and walk. I recently tried to run outside and found that I'm having a much more difficult time. I can barely run for 2 consecutive minutes outdoors. What gives?! Guest Nursynurse88
Hey, the treadmill is easier on the joints and feet. The pavement is unrelenting so therefore you need different shoes and I had to start all over with endurance running outside. To me, outdoors was easier, I guess because I started walking outdoors first and got the proper shoes. I noted that my outdoor running shoes hurt my feeton the treadmill and vice versa. Hope this helps! Happy running!
Agraham
Which shoes do you think would be best for running outside?
