TripMaker Posted November 19, 2017 Report Share Posted November 19, 2017 Several months ago at the urging of both daughters that my wife and I should start eating healthier and exercising. With their help we joined a gym have lost weight my cholesterol levels have dropped into the normal range so no medication is required.
