I am a female looking to lose weight as fast as possible. Been trying to join the air force for a while but can't get the weight off. I've done weight training and take supplements but haven't lost pounds or inches. I am just getting into cardio hoping I get results but I don't think I'm getting my calories right. All the info I've read about nutrition is starting to get contradicting and confusing. What should I do to lose weight? I don't eat cakes or candy, I only drink water and I make my own food. Any help is fine.

Hi. My 20 year old daughter is I the same boat as you. I see that you posted this in November. Have you lost weight since then? She downloaded the app called Calorie Mama. She really likes it. She just started C25K yesterday. I read that women have to be able to do 27 push-ups in one minute. Can they do push-ups your. Their knee?

thanks.

I don't think women are allowed to do it on their knees, it's probably because you need strength to be in the air force.

Been trying many methods of burning fat, i realized not everyone can go into vigorous jogging or running to burn their fat, but medical is another alternative for burning fat, i have been on pills for the past two weeks which i found very effective, on this page LOSE WEIGHT it help a lot.

Hi guys I've noticed there are a lot of discrepancies out there is on which diet plan to use. For women over 30 there are diet plans out there that are geared towards them due to their metabolic state changes. It's a process I think it's called carb pairing. It's very well-designed and safe. I found it on this review website. Cinderella Solutions

Hello i am making this post to recommend a product i recently purchased in order to improve my cardio/wasitline after the xmas period, I have a busy schedule so finding time to fit cardio into my life. This can be challenging this coupled with working from home has really reduced my cardio work from the start of the lockdown. The product in question is a weighted hula hoop this has helped me massively as i only need to use it for roughly half an hour and I am already seeing noticeable improvement in my all-round fitness and a reduced waistline! the product i purchased which i will link is also cheap and easily accessible and modular to accommodate to my size which was a primary concern. plus, the product is comfortable considering it is plastic, I thought i would make this post to help anyone who is in a similar situation schedule wise to me and to show that there is no reason not to improve in the right direction. I will leave a link to the hula hoop in this post.
