Mattomite Posted July 27, 2017 Report Share Posted July 27, 2017 I'm new to the forums so forgive me if this is posted in the wrong spot. Ive been doing 0-200 sit ups, 0-100 push ups, and C25k all on the same day (in that order) since I was cleared to get back to the gym post surgery after 3 months off. I'm on week 4 day 3 of all of them, and I could barely finish the last set of push ups tonight. Did 10, and ran out of gas. Short 15 sec rest and did 5 more, short rest again and finished the last 3....my question is do I repeat the day since I couldnt do all 18 in one shot or do I move forward?
