Hi everyone! My name is Tonia, I am 29 (for a few weeks longer) and trying to get healthy. I have tried so many exercise apps and tips and such but I never stick with it. I will give this one a go as well. 

I am 180 lbs with a BMI of 34%. I don't care about how I look. I care about my health, my energy, and trying to keep up with a HIGHLY active 4 year old. I want to lose weight and get healthy. My husband doesn't really care and all my friends- they don't understand the struggle. So good luck to me and all the other newbies out there.
