Hi Everyone,

 I have tried everything to lose weight and have failed for years. I recently signed up to run a 10k mud run with girls from work.  It was the toughest thing I have ever done. I finished but it showed me how out of shape and over weight I was by  being passed by hundreds of people.  I really want to be healthy and run a 5k. I would like to start running at least one 5k a month. I found Zenlabs by accident and am excited to say I just finished day three of week one and still feel like I can do it. I am praying for everyone here to be able to accomplish your own personal goals too
