Weight loss after chemo treatments

Hello all!!

I don't know if anyone reads these posts, but here we go. November 2015 I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 38 years old. I have had surgery, chemo, radiation, numerous shots, and other medications. I am now cancer free as of December 2016. I am on medication for no hormones. I am finding that I am still running low on energy, but gaining weight. I want to lose weight in a safe way. I have started walking around my property, which is about 5 acres. I try to walk every day for about 30 minutes. Any suggestions on what I could do to help move this weight off my body. Thank you in advance.

Jen
