I considered c210k but think it will be all about speed for me and how quick I can finish. I've downloaded half marathon and think because it is a nice mix of walking and running I think this will be less about speed and more about finishing. When I do a long run like this if I normally run at 8kph I was thinking of starting at 7.5 as I read with a half it is best to start slower so as not too burn out early. Any advice? Thank you.
