Runningqueen17 Posted April 30, 2017 Report Share Posted April 30, 2017 I have never jogged or run before in terms of exercise.i tried once but did not get very far.i prefer cycling actually.but I have a friend who began running and now he loves it so I am determined to give it a chance.i plan on starting 3 days a week with the c25k.
