Troopwife Posted May 4, 2017 Report Share Posted May 4, 2017 You are supposed to do a rest day between each run. So run Monday, Wednesday, Friday take sat and sun off and repeat, just an example. I was hesitant to ask kinda felt like when your new to the gym and trying to understand how a new machine works.
