I just had a baby 4 months ago so I want to get in shape and losing some weight would be nice too. I feel like such a lame butt because it was a struggle. I choose to do c25k because I need to follow a regimen to keep me wanting to continue with a workout. Cookie816 Posted October 3, 2014 Report Share Posted October 3, 2014 Congrats on the baby! I promise you that it gets easier. It's always gonna be tough, but your body WILL adjust. Even if you can't finish the run, walk the rest. Exercising increases your lung capacity, so that workout you did is already telling your body to prepare for more. You've got this!
