Perkie Posted March 22, 2017 Report Share Posted March 22, 2017 Hi everyone! Today I loaded the program and will start my training tomorrow. I am signed up to run a fun 5k with some friends in June. I am not now, nor have I ever been a runner. I had major back surgery 1 year ago and am trying to lose some extra weight I packed on when I couldn't do much and also increase my cardiovascular capacity.
