Malejkandy
Hi, my name is Vojta and I really need to get in shape. I'm 15 and I said to myself: "you don't want to be a panda for your 4 years in high school" so I decided to start being healthy. I don't expect to be able to run 5km because of my asthma, but I'd like to at least try. Does somebody have tips for some diet and running with asthma? I'd really appreciate your help. HaveMercy
The first week is the hardest. I remember running and feelin like I needed to go to the hospital after my first run. but that's also bc I didn't have my inhaler. If you are using a fast acting inhaler before you run you should be good and if needed after. Don't let your asthma detour you. Many have been able to overcome asthma with good diet and exercise *raises hands* now I don't need my inhaler and my lungs have become less inflamed and I breath better with exercise
