RobertoG Posted February 11, 2017 Report Share Posted February 11, 2017 All of a sudden my C25K app crashes after the splash screen. I have tried re-starting my iPhone and uninstalling the app and installing it again. When I install it again it works once, but next time I try to use it, it crashes again. NN1 Posted July 3, 2017 Report Share Posted July 3, 2017 Also on my Samsung Galaxy III. I've tried closing all apps, even shutting own the phone and restarting. Tried this multiple times and it still crashes. Sent email to their tech support and got generic form letter saying "maybe you have a memory problem." NOT really helpful.
