Guest Kawr Posted January 11, 2017 Report Share Posted January 11, 2017 On the half marathon app, you are required to do a form of non-running/walking training a few times a week. Do you think a weights class (body pump) is OK? (Nothing too heavy, just enough to keep me strong) it's not technically cardio.
