Getting Started in Az!

Background on me. I ran track in high school and hated every moment of it. That being said, my coach liked to pretend I was a distance runner instead of a sprinter. Now that I'm older, and severely overweight, I'm turning to running as a way to get back in shape.


My roommate is one of those daily 20 mile run people, and I feel terrible when he goes out for a run and I sit on the couch. So I'm going to start running with him. Maybe not that distance, or speed, but at least I'll be out and off my butt.
