Run Run Lotte
Hi all, just thought I'd introduce myself here. Im new here, but not so new to running, c25k or this app. I (probably like many others here) am a serial "restarter"! I have restarted c25k and other running regiems many times, got so far with them and then stopped, injured myself or given up. But this time in truly determined for a healthy lifestyle, a healthy body and I want running to be a regular part of that. Abut me.... 31 year old female (in the uk) I have a 15 month old daughter. And like many other woman I have just a little weight to loose (28lbs to be precise). I have a physically demanding job in which I need to be strong and healthy for. I work 12hr day and night shifts. I am a glutton for the unhealthy life, I love nothing more than sitting on my back side, eating junk. I have binge eating tendencies and enjoy alcohol more than I should...... this all needs to stop.... I want to be the person who enjoys exercise and the person that exercises regulaly out of habit and enjoyment. Currently starting on week 2 of c25k as I find week 1 a little on the easy side. Hope to learn lots from these forums and also share a little of what I know and experience. I'm always up for a bit of constructive criticism and advise. Nice to meet you all. RochelleMcF
Hello, I'm new to C25K & want to begin running. I'm 40 this July & would like to run a 10km by then so this seemed a really good place to start. I have 5kg to loose & desperately want to improve my cardio fitness. Happy new year team
