I am on day 4 of the pushup challenge thought this would be a good compliment to what I am doing. I started c25k this last January and I ran my first 5k in May. I then started training for the 10K which I did in September. I am slow,but I am doing it! Twice a week I do Aqua Power. as well as hike with my dogs.
