Eating healthy food is incredibly important in achieving a healthy weight. Just because it is healthy does not mean it is yucky. Cutting back on Enriched wheat flour is one big thing that can help, maybe opting for the healthier option of 12 grain, also quinoa pasta is a great gluten free alternative for regular pasta. I know that quinoa pasta sounds pretty gross but I find that it tastes better than regular pasta and you can get it at most specialty stores. Also maybe try having brown rice as opposed to white rice? There is this really wonderful website called bestillfarms.com that sells organic certified products and their website has recipes for a good portion of their products! I hope that this helped
