Couch to Marathon?

Hey All,

Is the marathon app suitable for taking you from a "couch" level to running a marathon? Or do I have to complete the previous apps first to avoid injury? Anyone done it just using the 26.2 app?

I notice the length of the sessions and difficulty differs significantly. So wondering if the app is actually designed to take a novice to marathon level..
