Dawni04 Posted September 14, 2016 Report Share Posted September 14, 2016 Hi all, so I'm a first time runner and new this app. I started and finished my first week a few weeks ago. I was feeling pumped and motivated for week 2, but on the first day of week 2, I began to feel a numbing pain at the lower front of only right leg. I thought it was shin splints, so I took 2 weeks off from running. I restarted the app today thinking I'd given myself enough rest time, but I immediately began to feel the pain crop again as soon as I started running. I'm feeling really frustrated right now because this is something I want and know I can do, but this pain is getting in the way of that.
