TheTimeIsNow
Hello!! I am a 37 year old, married working mother with 2 beautiful daughters. I have been in the biggest rut ever for the past decade or so. Probably borderline depressed. I really love this program and feel so rejuvenated when I complete a workout. Probably around week 3 I ALWAYS fall off the wagon and everything goes back to the way it was before. I'm really hoping to find inspiration and encouragement here. I am about 5'4" and weigh 200lbs. My doctor has warned me that I need to lose weight and be more active or I will have a multitude of health problems coming my way. I look at my family and they love me unconditionally and are always so supportive. Even tonight after completing my first workout my kids yelled "good job Mommy!!" from the bathtub and my husband was also rooting me on. I am so inspired by what I've read here and hope to be an inspiration to someone else!! Good luck everyone!!!
BlckGngrUn1crn
Lets do it together! I'm a 32 yr old working mother of four, 5' 1" and a half, (I need that half so I never leave it out!) 200lbs (203-207 if I were being completely honest...) and this is larger than I've ever been. Including when I was carrying around another entire person! I stumbled into this only after waking up and remembering I was supposed to signup for parent/teacher conference before going to bed (I'll spare you the confusing details of my severely ADD thought process). I'm rooting for you and hope that you'll do the same for me!!!
Soso
Hello everyone. I'm a mother of two beautiful children; a boy, and a girl. Last year in May I graduated from nursing school and I also had my kids In the past two years. During nursing school I couldn't excercise at all due to the high demand of studying and the endless night of doing care plans. With the two pregnancies back to back, the stress from school, and the abandonment of my partner I gained approximately 80 pounds. I found a lot of inspiration here and hopefully one day I can be for someone as well.
TheTimeIsNow
We can all do this!!! I want to inspire my kids to live a healthy lifestyle. Even after only completing day one, I feel refreshed, I slept better, our morning was more pleasant and my outlook is more positive. One day at a time.......we've got this!!!
