On week 3 day 3

I started this program 3 weeks ago. I started off really slow. So slow that one person passed me 4 times on a one mile trail! I thought I had bitten off way more than I could chew. Then I paired this app with the RockMyRun app and let's just say I'm addicted now. The music is awesome and inspirational.The pacing of this app is perfect. I feel good physically, but more importantly mentally.

I'm a mother of 3 girls, a teacher, a student studying to be a principal and part time uber driver. If I can do it so can you!
