Guest Bumblebee Posted September 8, 2016 Report Share Posted September 8, 2016 I'm finding myself really hungry throughout the day on running days. I usually run in the morning, and find that my typical three meals and a snack don't cut it. I feel hungry soon after my meals and just want to keep snacking. I drink a ton of water already so it's not thirst. I think I'm getting a good balance of protein carbs and fat? Does any one else experience this and have any tips? Thanks!
