I'm new to forums but not to C25K program. I'm restarting it after about a year and a half. Mostly because I have drastically let myself go. My only problem when I run is severe pain in my Achilles that makes it hard to walk, so it turns me off from running. Anyone know how to prevent this from happening? Thanks in advance and nice to meet you all!
