Start slow, if you try to go all out all at once you will go back to old eating habits. I love ice cream, it's my downfall. I try to sub it with low fat frozen yogurt, then a light sorbet, and work my way down to zero. When i personally go cold turkey on anything, I always end up failing when it comes to food. Make small substitutions and work from there.
