Injuries and Starting Over

Three years ago I weighed 325 pounds. Much of that weight was from pregnancy, emergency contact sections and chemo and depression. I worked hard and lost 120 pounds. Over the last year and half depression, stress and anxiety I gained 30 back, recently lost 10 of it trying to get back on track. Earlier this year I tore the tendon in my knee, anterior tabula and ache lies, I've had shin splints, stress fractures and two major ankle sprains. My knee hurts and my ankle hurts. I have not run in almost 8 months and it kills me. I downloaded the zen apps. I'm hesitant to do the c25k because of the leg injuries, I also dislocated my shoulder and tore my bicep. Just letting it heal is not always an option with three little kids, and work. Ideas on how to use these apps and not cause more damage but still get effective workout.
