The C25k is a great place to start when I first started running. I was really overweight and my schedule is insane. I just fit it in whenever I could. A few early morning runs but that didn't work for me. Mostly I got mine in at lunch and at night. Nothing like a good sweat before bedtime! It's not for everybody but it worked for me. Hope this helped!
