Repeating weeks/days

Just wondering if I should repeat a workout if I don't run the whole allotted time. For example I did week 4 day one and only ran 2 1/2 of the last five minutes. I walked the rest. Should I repeat it or move on to the next day? Sorry if this has already been asked.

If I didn't complete any part of the instructions I repeat it. Sometimes I would have to repeat a workout several times but that's ok. No point progressing yourself when you're not ready. Take your time.

I was at the store yesterday looking to buy shoes and talked with the guys there and they told me that I should repeat a week if I don't feel ready to go to the next one. I think that it is a great advice.
