East Coast Traveller Posted June 26, 2016 Report Share Posted June 26, 2016 60 year old female completed week 8 day 3 today. Feel so good about it and hope to continue with 10k training. First time I ever ran in my life was 6 years ago when I trained for 5k with a group but never kept it up and hadn't ran since. No issues with pain at all this time and I attribute it to running on nature trail (dirt/loose gravel) with no pavement or cement. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
