JadeCharlotte
I'm 29 and have always been 'curvy'. I'm currently a size 16 - 18. Whilst I love some of my curves, there are some I'd definitely rather lose! My friends tell me I'm 'beautiful the way I am' but after 10 years of unsuccessful yo-yo dieting, brief bouts of exercise, and feeling like I'm fated to be 'the fat one' I've decided I really want to start looking after myself. I'm going to be a bridesmaid at my best friends wedding in 2 months time and whilst no miracle will happen in that time, I at least want to be feeling much better about myself. So that's my goal! kca5080

JadeCharlotte
Absolutely! I got a secondhand treadmill today and just did my first run. Knackered now but I'm pleased that I managed 25 out of 30 minutes.... So much better than I thought I'd do! Onwards and upwards!
