Boris
This is not strictly an injury but it seemed like this might be the best place to post to get some feedback. Firstly I am female, unfit, overweight and 50 years old. I keep trying to get out and run but am dogged by calf cramp within about three minutes of even a fast walk. As soon as I drop the pace it starts to recede. It is very frustrating. I have had blood pressure in legs checked and that was fine so not circulation issue. I've been told to stretch more and wear compression socks which I'm trying. Am also only training on treadmill as I find it easier to keep it very slow. I have a neutral gait apparently and bought new trainers. It is very painful but I am not going to stop trying - has anybody else worked through this and got any tips?
