I've completely lost myself in terms of health and fitness since having my daughter just over a year ago. It's time for me to focus on me, too, so I can be healthy and energetic for my family and a role model for my little girl. I can't believe how much work I have to do...but it starts here, I guess! Would love to join you in the struggle to find time to care for yourself! I've set my alarm clock for 4:30 am the past THREE mornings to get "the first run" in and... Nodda! Took off work early today to get home and run, nope. Husband went for a lengthy bikeride getting home way too late and my toddler has no interest in sitting in a stroller. Frustrated and disappointed are a few polite words I could choose to describe my current situation. I'd love to change that to encouraged and SORE (then STRONG) very soon! Good luck ladies!
