I was a competitive athlete through college and just let myself go. Time to get healthy and fit. Awesome I can do this with my daughters and have another thing to strengthen our bond! Was an athlete all while growing up and then joined the "real world" with an office job and a boyfriend....16 years of that and 2 pregnancies and...well...my body isn't exactly what it used to be. haha! I have taken up running before and had great success with it, so I'm determined to getting myself back into shape and setting a healthy example for my girls.
