Jtootle3 Posted March 30, 2016 Report Share Posted March 30, 2016 I just finished my first workout and I feel pretty good. I never have liked running. Every time I try to start, I overdo it and end up quitting. A guy I work with told me about this program and challenged me to try it, so here I am.
