Life after kids?

35 yo. Was fit and active throughout my 20s and then I got married and had 3 kids. Would like to lose 40 lbs, gain a better attitude, have some "me" time and spend time outdoors. Plan to start Monday. Pairing it with low-carb. I am terribly out of shape and a hard-core sugar addict. Need to be healthy. I have little boys to keep up with!

8 years ago I got a high stress desk job and put on 30 lbs. Then, I had 2 kids and gained 20 more. I have made some adjustments to my diet, (I too am a sugar-holic) and lost about 5 lbs. The rest is going to need some extra encouragement thru exercise, which has been a dirty word for me the last several years.
