Would like to lose 40 lbs, gain a better attitude, have some "me" time and spend time outdoors. Plan to start Monday. Pairing it with low-carb. Georgie h Posted March 27, 2016 Report Share Posted March 27, 2016 28 years old here. Struggled with weight and eating prior to having my son Luke. Now he's nearly two its high time I got fit again. Need more energy!!! I stayed today. Going to pair with clean eating and fun exercise with my son and hubby. Acarlson Posted March 29, 2016 Report Share Posted March 29, 2016 8 years ago I got a high stress desk job and put on 30 lbs. Then, I had 2 kids and gained 20 more. I have made some adjustments to my diet, (I too am a sugar-holic) and lost about 5 lbs. The rest is going to need some extra encouragement thru exercise, which has been a dirty word for me the last several years. Let's keep in touch and motivate each other!
