Okay so I'm new to this, I need to lose a lot of weight and get fit and healthy as well as having a 5k obstacle run to do at the end of May! Any tips/advice? Get your some good comfortable running shoes, Stay hydrated while running, Don't over push yourself, and biggest thing..Stay motivated! Keep with the program, and you'll be amazed at the results!
