Run2fitnz
I have always wanted to do a 5K or maybe something more difficult but always thought it was to difficult to train for distance running. I attended my 1st 5k last week with my wife to support her and I just loved the enthusiasm and comradery among all the participants and that inspired me to sign up for my 1st 5k at the end of March. All the support on this sight is awesome. Not only is a great hobby and social activity, it is also going to get my fitness back to where it once was. If anybody has any suggestion to help me get ready in a short amount of time, I would truly appreciate it.
