jmoore11 Posted February 8, 2016 Report Share Posted February 8, 2016 Hi everyone! I'm new to running, tried it once before and only lasted about two days so hoping I can get with it this time! I do really well with eating healthy and working out for about 2 weeks then go back to the old ways. Any suggestions on helping with this?
